After you have been there a couple of times, they know where you want to sit, what you want to drink, and possibly what you want for dinner! We are all family. I love to watch the employees ~ they all go above and beyond, no matter what their job. Having tended bar for a number of years, I love to watch the girls behind the bar handle a full bar+ as well as the orders from all of the waitstaff. The food is to die for! I have my favorite, but have tried other things at Caryns suggestion, and have yet to have a bad meal. They certainly deserve accolades for being one if the top ten steak houses in New York State!“
